- We ask you to send good ideas cartoons by paying attention to this.
- A selection will be made from among the submitted works.
- Once the sponsor is found, the exhibition will be held. A royalty payment will also be made to the owners of the works deemed worthy of selection.
Note: Works that do not have the quality of line and humor will not be taken into account.
