It is a festival that has been held in Solin, Croatia for 16 years and in which participated authors from 52 countries with 1000 cartoons.
Festival has been organized from September 17th till 19th 2021 by Solin tourist board, Public cultural institution Zvonimir and City library of Solin, with Marko Ivić, who is author of the festival and a former organizer.
