The Euro-Mediterranean Center LIBREXPRESSION (Fondation Giuseppe Di Vagno -1889-1921) is proud to present the winners of its editorial cartoons’ International Competition: LIBEX 2021 dedicated to “Cancel Culture and politically correct.
They have been selected, among 160 cartoonists, from 55 countries, invited to participate, who sent 218 cartoons, by an international Jury composed by: Marlene Pohle (Argentina), Marilena Nardi (Italy), Joep Bertrams (Netherlands), Z (Tunisia), Gian Paolo Accardo (Italy), Oscar Buonamano (Italy), President: Thierry Vissol director of Librexpression and Jury’s president.
