The fourth edition of the Artoonist Festival
Unfortunately faced a short break from judging.
The judging of this period of the Artoonist Festival was to be done by:
1-Mikhail Zlatkovsky - Russia
2- Hilal Ozcan - Turkey
3- Huseyin Cakmak - Cyprus
Unfortunately, Mikhail Zlatkovsky was hospitalized due to illness and could not judge the works.
For this reason, Mohammad Ali Rajabi, one of the great Iranian cartoonists, judged the works in his place.
Winner prize:

- Second Prize: Askin Ayrancioglu - Turkey
- Third Prize: Luc Descheemaeker - Belgium
