A total of 81 artists from 29 countries participated, with a total of 99 works of graphic humor and 47 of caricature by Carlos Canseco. For a total of 146 works received.

For each category, the jury selected 2 works for honorable mention. And the members of the Rotary Club Cali San Fernando chose a work of graphic humor, such as the work that answered the question: A world with Polio What would the world be like if Polio is not eradicated?
