The winner of the European Cartoon Award 2021
Tom Janssen won the second edition of the prize with "EU and Belarus", published by Trouw.
The two runners-up are “Blood” by Musa Gumus and “It’s Chinese!” by Hajo de Reijger, both published by Cartoon Movement.
