Regulation of the 18th International Humor Salon of Limeira 2022
- All artists who draw freehand, with free themes, are invited to participate.
- Subscriptions are free.
- Participants must submit works of their own authorship, from a minimum size A4 (21 x 29.7cm) to A3 size (29.7 x 42cm).
- Registration will close on August 30, 2022.
- All works must be ORIGINAL and UNRELEASED.
- All digital works must be sent to the e-mail: piuhumor@hotmail.com
- In JPEG files at a minimum size from A4 to A3, with 300 DPI.
- Emails from each artist with registered works should be sent only once, so that the folders are not duplicated by facilitating the organization, selection and awards of the works.
- If the regulation is not respected in full drawings may not be selected and awarded.

PIU (Only works submitted on paper compete for the PIU award): (Wins surgical steel trophy + certificate + R$ 600,00).
Note: There are four categories and each artist may only enter up to 3 works per category, totaling a maximum of 12 works per artist.

AWARDS
For the winners in each of the 4 (four) categories - CARICATURE, CARTOON, CHARGE and COMICS - we will have prizes in the amount of R$ 400.00 and 1 (one) PIU R$ 600.00 for original work sent on paper.
The awards will be paid by bank deposit or remittance abroad, discounted the shipping fee of the operator.
We will also have trophies for the 5 (five) awarded artists selected by our judging committee that will be sent by Corrêio and the certificates will be sent by the email.
In addition to the winners, we will include 10 (ten) artists with honorable mentions that will be sent by email. The selected and awarded will be announced and released on our blog and Facebook, until September 2022.
EXPOSURE
The 100 selected works will be exhibited in September 2022, in our permanent virtual exhibition on the blog of “Editora O PIU” - www.jornalopiu.blogspot.com - In addition to the traveling physical exhibition promoted by the Municipal Secretariat of Limeira Culture at prominent points from the city in September 2022.
"Editora O PIU" will consider all entries acquisitive. The possession, use and any other rights over these works will become the property of “Editora O PIU”, which reserves the right to use them as it sees fit. The simple registration configures the participant's automatic and full agreement with these Regulations.
