1- Cartoon:
The artistic board of Albanian Excellence, founder of the 2nd Niko Nikolla International Cartoon Biennale, has decided that the theme of the 2nd Niko Nikolla International Cartoon Biennale will be: "Where is the world going...?"
This topic was set based on the situation that the world is going through today in many ways.
2- Caricature portrait: Agim Sulaj
This year, the second theme It will be a Caricature portrait that will be dedicated to the well-known Italian-Albanian painter and cartoonist: Agim Sulaj.

* Cartoonists aged 18 or above.
* Works can be sent all techniques.
* Deadline for your submissions: September 5, 2022.

* The submitted works could not have participated in any other Contests.
* From all the submitted works, the Jury will select 150 works.
* Selected works will be notified by email and then the original works will be sent by post.
* Selected works will be sent by post by the authors.
* The works that will be announced as winners will remain the property of the Cartoon Biennial.
* Selected works will be displayed during the days of the Biennial.

These awards will be sponsored by the Euro Humor Association -Prim Alps and Mr. Gianni Martini on the basis of a cooperation agreement signed between the two associations.
