The international jury will choose the cartoons.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
Authors of works that qualify for the exhibition of 50 authors will be given a copy of the catalog.
The organizer reserves the right to reproduce the works sent to the
exhibition as the advertising material, without being obliged to pay a
fee to an author.
