The 3rd International Cartoon Gathering which was held from 20 - 27 March 2016 in palace of Arts, Cairo Opera House, organized by foreign cultural relation sector, fine arts sector in cooperation with Egyptian Caricature Association.
The 3rd International Cartoon Gathering ran under the theme of education and included 770 cartoons submitted by 320 artists from 68 countries.
