8th International Cartoon Festival "Smile of the Sea", Novorossiysk, Russia
- Cartoonists are given the opportunity to show their creativity in two sections of the festival:
1. The main theme: "Wealth and Poverty".
2. The additional: Free theme.
- The age of participants is not limited.
- The number of works at the discretion of the author.
- Together with the works, the author must send the full name, a short autobiography, postal address and e-mail address.
- According to the results of the International Competition, the best works will be awarded with diplomas, certificates and special prizes.
- All participants will receive a catalog of the festival in electronic format.
- Technical requirements for works: A4 format for originals and their copies, JPEG (300 dpi) - for works in electronic form.
- Works are accepted until: August 1, 2023.
