The 2nd International Cartoon Competition on the ‘free’ theme held by Büyükçekmece Municipality has come to an end. We thank all of the participants and congratulate the award-winning artists on behalf of the Büyükçekmece Municipality.
The following were the award criteria established by the competition jury: The parameters of originality and visuality in subject choosing were considered. The artist's style and technique, as well as the uniqueness of the contents and messages of the works, are taken into account if there are visual similarities.
The competition's award ceremony and exhibition will take place on May 5, 2023, at 14.00 in Culturepark – Kervansaray in Büyükçekmece.
