International Mail Art Heart, Turkey 2023

Conditions of Exhibition Participation:

The theme of the exhibition:

MY CHILD HEART IS WITH YOU (LETTERS WITH PICTURES).

- The exhibition, which is an international exhibition, is OPEN TO EVERYONE

- Participation is free of charge.

- A "Certificate of Participation" will be given to each participant whose work is exhibited.

- The standard size of the works should be A4 paper (21 x 29.7 cm.).

- Artists are free to use any technique they want on A4 paper. Acrylic paint, oil paint, watercolor, pastel, etc. In addition to materials, original printing, digital design, collage, photography, cartoons, crafts, etc. techniques can be used or mixed techniques can be used.

- For artists who want to work on both paper and envelopes, the standard size of the envelope is 22,5 x 30 cm. (Working on the envelope is not mandatory).

- The works must be sent by post (PTT or CARGO).

- Participating artists are required to send their mailed works to adaulkesisanatcilari@gmail.com e-mail address, along with a profile photo, contact information, full name and country names, working details (dimension-technical-name of the work-production year) to the e-mail address.

- The works that will participate in the exhibition must belong to the year 2023 and must not have been exhibited at all.

- The works must have the stamp or seal of the postal center of the city to which they are sent. Any wishing artists can use stamps.

- Each artist can participate in the exhibition with a maximum of 4 (four) works of art.

- The artist's name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail address and telephone number must be written on the back of the works.

- The works must be sent to the above-mentioned address on 26 MAY 2023 at the latest. Works received after this date will not be accepted for the exhibition.

- The exhibition organizing committee is not responsible for the disruptions in the mail and the damages that may occur in the mail.

- Postage fee of the work belongs to the participant.

- At the end of the exhibition, the works will not be sent back, participation certificates will be sent to the artists via email.

- Works with social, moral, religious or political messages will not be exhibited.
