5. Assessment Procedures and Criteria requirements:
Who can participate?
The Cartoon Contest is open to professional and amateur cartoonists from all over the world.
How to participate?
a) 1 work in color or black and white, especially suitable for exhibition and online publication;
b) The work must be created independently, and it is not permitted to plagiarize or copy other people's work for competition;
c) Please submit the digital file of entries to the initial selection:
- Image format: JPEG format; A4 or A3 format J Jpg size.
- Storage quality: 100-200dpi; file size: 30 x 40 cm.
- Each email could send more than 2 images.
- The Format-Name of the file: title of work, author's. name, resume, address and postal code, telephone number, email address.
d) After the jury is re-elected, an offline exhibition will be held. Writers shortlisted for awards.
6. Delivery of works:
a) The main selection electronic file is sent to the email box: dharmatoon21@gmail.com
7. Copyright:
The Organizer has the following rights over entries
a) The organizer has the right to exhibit works during the competition without permission and royalties.
b) The work is used for publication, exhibition.
c) Published in other media and publications.
d) The organizer has the right to disqualify participants if they are deemed to have violated the rules of this competition.

9. The Prizes
Best Cartoon Award:
1st Place $250 + Plaque + certificate + university prize package.
2nd Place $200 + Plaque + certificate + university prize package.
3rd Place $100 + Plaque + certificate + university prize package.
Special Prize
Special award offered for 3 people: Plaque + certificate + university gift package.
10. The Committee will then make the final decision on the papers to be awarded and will be publishing in:
a) 100 selected works will be exhibited in the art festival area 11-12 of October 2023.
b) The 20 best works will be exhibited at Jambi International Airport.
11. The decision to upload the cartoons, submitted to the competition, on the this competition will belong to Universitas Terbuka Jambi and Jambi cartoonist community SERAMBI.
