The 8th "RED MAN" International Humour Art Biennial was organized by the FECO CHINA and the RED MAN international humor art museum.
The
contest received 4269 entries from 587 cartoonists, illustrators and
artists from 71 countries and regions on six continents.After three
rounds of selection by the jury, the final gold, silver and bronze
awards were won by Chinese, Chinese and Croatian cartoonists.
