Association for the Defense and Promotion of Faro's Cultural and Environmental Heritage, organizes the 5th Faro International Cartoon Exhibition,
whose works will be on display between December 22, 2023 and January
30, 2024 in the Cloisters of the Municipal Museum of Faro.
The 5th edition revolved around the theme "Water a challenge for humanity".
The 39 selected works invite the visitor to travel through the artists' imagination, filled with irreverence, satire and criticism, and to reflect on the ways in which, individually and collectively, we intentionally or unconsciously contribute to water scarcity on a planetary level.
