1. PARTICIPATION
The organizer of 19th International cartoon festival Solin 2024, is the Solin tourist board in partnership with Cultural centre Zvonimir and Public library Solin.
The festival is opened for all applicants regardless of nationality, age,gender or profession.

3. ENTRIES
Conditions of entry:
1. Work may be black or colored.
2. Maximum 3 entries will be submitted.
3. The work needs to be sent by e-mail in JPEG resolution up to 300 dpi, max size of 3MB for each work. Compression of file in zip, rar or similar formi s not accepted.
4. The short CV of the author needs to be attached.

5. PRIZE AND AWARDS
🥇 Statue of the head of Empress Plautile + 1019 EUR.
🥈 Stone medallion of the festival + 219 EUR.
🥉 Stone medallion of the festival + 119 EUR.
🎖 Award of solin tourist bord.
🎖 3 Special awards of the festival.
6. EXHIBITION
The exhibition will take place in the gallery of the Cultural centre „ZVONIMIR“ Solin on September 26th 2024.
7. OTHER CONDITIONS
The organizer reserves the right to reproduce the works sent to the festival, Solin 2024,as the advertising material without being obliged to pay a fee to an author whose work may be used.The authors are accepting all the conditions defined by Festival.
