60 Cartoonists from Around the World Featured in " Climate for Peace: An International Cartoon Exhibit".
The exhibit, to be held at the Holy Cross of Davao College, will run for the entire month of September in celebration of National Peace Consciousness Month in the Philippines. The grand opening is scheduled for September 5, 2024.
The event is a collaborative effort, co-organized by the Institute of Peace Communication Studies of the Holy Cross of Davao College and the Media Educators of Mindanao, in partnership with PITIK BULAG, Yoyoy Satiristang Bisaya, and the Cartoon Home Network International.
This international cartoon exhibition aims to harness the universal language of cartoons to highlight the critical connection between climate action and peace building.
