Conditions:
- Each cartoonist can submit a maximum of 01 works in the specified theme of The Exhibition.
- The cartoon has to be NEW and has never been published.
- Cartoon works must be submitted in PNG or JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi and a length or width of 2000 pixels.
- The artist must send their full name, postal address, email address, phone number, photo, and work history in a Word file.
- Any use of artificial intelligence to create the work will result in its removal.
- All works, whether handmade or digital, are accepted. For handmade works, please take a (high-quality) photo or scan and send it.
- Works can be submitted via email: chni2016@gmail.com
- We will organize an online exhibition of 50 selected works and publish the online catalog. Then, we will let every participant know the upcoming exhibition date and place.
