Dear Cartoonists, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 10th International Caricature Competition, held as part of the International Caricature Festival Kolašin in Montenegro – 2025, this special 10th edition celebrates art, refined satire, and the legacy of great creators.
Themes of the Festival:
1️⃣- Caricature Portrait: Celebrating Vojo Stanić, the renowned Montenegrin painter.
- Artists worldwide are invited to create caricature portraits reflecting the life and work of this distinguished painter.
2️⃣- My Funniest Caricature.
Submission Details:
- Participants may submit a maximum of one entry per topic, totaling two entries.
- Each submission must include the author's name, country, and serial number .. For example: JOHN SMITH, USA 1; JOHN SMITH, USA 2.
- There are no restrictions on the technique and size of the submissions.
- The best entries will be showcased globally.
- Prizes will be awarded for the top submissions, including monetary awards, trophies, diplomas, and T-shirts featuring the winning works.

🎁 Prizes:
🥇 First Prize: €500 + Trophy + Diploma + T-shirt featuring the winning work.

🥉 Third Prize: €200 + Trophy + Diploma + T-shirt featuring the winning work.
🏅 Prize for the Best Work on the Topic "My Funniest Caricature": €300 + Trophy + Diploma + T-shirt featuring the winning work.
🏅 Five Special Awards: The festival Diplomas for both topics.
- Winners are required to submit original works or bring them to the award ceremony.
📅 Important Dates:
• Deadline for Submissions: August 1, 2025.
• Jury Decision Announcement: August 5, 2025, on all international cartoon websites.
• Award Ceremony: August 2025, at Kolašin Cultural Center.
✨ The festival is organized by JU Center for Culture Kolašin, under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro and the Municipality of Kolašin.
✨ This year’s program also features an exhibition of Belgian cartoons, with Several Belgian artists and representatives of the European Cartoon Center will be guests of the festival.
