📣 The International Cartoon Festival in Ferizaj – Kosovo has officially announced the distinguished jury for its 11th edition (2025), the panel will take on the task of evaluating the hundreds of works submitted this year.
📌 The announcement comes after the festival achieved a record-breaking milestone, receiving 2316 artworks from 523 cartoonists representing 69 countries.
