In an age where wars multiply and humanity fades, the Kragujevac International Antiwar Cartoon Salon returns for its 23rd edition in 2025, hosted in the Serbian city of Kragujevac, a beacon that reminds the world: Art does not stay silent… it testifies, condemns, and resists.
 
In an official statement, the Salon has announced the formation of its International Jury Committee, composed of acclaimed figures from the global cartoon art scene, chosen for their integrity, visual insight, and commitment to the Salon’s message of peace.

🎨 International Jury – 23rd Edition (2025):
👤 Klaus Pitter – Austria
President of the Jury, a pillar of European cartoon art, known for his subtle satire and deeply humanistic vision that pierces through indifference and silence.
 
👤 Miodrag Stojilović – Serbia
Salon Director and a central figure behind its global standing, he represents the cultural and media voice of the jury, with decades of experience organizing major antiwar art events.
 
👤 Tošo Borković – Serbia
A prominent cartoonist whose work blends visual depth with moral clarity. For him, there is no neutrality in the face of violence and destruction.
 
👤 Jugoslav Vlahović – Serbia
Renowned for his unique graphic style and defiance of visual conventions, he treats cartooning as a living document of resistance and memory.
 
👤 Špiro Radulović – Serbia
One of the most daring and expressive cartoonists in the region, whose abstract style and sharp lines turn the cartoon into a weapon of visual protest.
