🇨🇴 From the heart of Colombia — where art and creativity never sleep — the CartoonRendón International Festival returns to bring together cartoonists from around the world under the banner of wit and refined satire!
✏️ This year’s edition embraces two deeply human and meaningful themes:
1️⃣ 👶 Cartoon Section: Childhood
🧒 A stage of life that goes from birth to adolescence, marked by physical, psychological, emotional, and social development.
❤️ The theme aims to raise awareness about the importance of children’s rights — including education, health, and protection from violence — and to promote a more just and equal world for all children.
2️⃣ 👩🎨 Caricature Section: Satirical Portrait of Javiera Londoño Zapata.
✊ Forerunner of liberty.
A symbol of love and humanism, Javiera Londoño Zapata was a woman who, in the mid-18th century, became a pioneer in the liberation of slaves in Colombia.

- Artists agree to all competition rules and jury decisions.
- Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified.
- Submitted works remain with the organizers and may be used for exhibitions or promotional purposes (web, print, media, etc.) without additional permission or compensation.
- Jury members participate as honorary guests only (not eligible for prizes).
