📢 The organizing committee of the 4th International Iraqi Caricature Day Contest 2025 has officially announced the winners of the Cartoon Section, dedicated this year to the critical theme of Water Crisis and Drought.
💧 Cartoonists from around the world illustrated one of humanity’s most pressing challenges, the scarcity of water and its impact on life, agriculture, and peace. The works combined deep environmental awareness with humor, symbolism, and emotion, reflecting the role of art in raising consciousness about global issues.
💬 The jury praised the participating artists for their powerful visual storytelling and diverse artistic approaches, from satire and symbolism to poetic and surreal interpretations, all emphasizing the urgent message that "Water Means Life".
