🇮🇷 The 12th Tehran International Cartoon & Caricature Biennial 2025 invites artists worldwide to take part in one of the most respected global platforms for cartoon and caricature art. With diverse categories, a special tribute to iconic Iranian masters, and significant awards, the Biennial continues to promote creativity, cultural dialogue, and artistic excellence.

4️⃣ Caricature (Portraits): Portraits of Iranian Cartoon Masters – Parviz Shapour, Kambiz Derambakhsh, Ardeshir Mohasses, Gholamali Latifi, and Javad Alizadeh.
📌 Rules:
🖐 Each participant may submit up to 5 works in each category.
✏️ Submitted works must not have won any previous awards.
📘 Works should not have been published in the catalogs of previous editions of this Biennial.
📁 Artworks must be submitted in PNG or JPG format:

➤ Minimum 2000 pixels on one side.
🎨 Works created in any technique are accepted, except those produced using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
📝 Participants must include a Word file containing their full name, postal address, email address, phone number, photo, and short CV.
📤 A PDF version of the catalog will be sent to all participating artists.
📕 Only finalists will receive a printed version of the official catalog.

🥇 First Prize in each section: €2,000 + Trophy & Certificate.
🥈 Second Prize in each section: €1,500 + Trophy & Certificate.
