🇪🇬 The organizing committee of the 5th edition of annual international competition for caricature and satirical portraiture "CARICATUNIS 2025" has announced the list of participants in its 5th edition, featuring artists from 56 countries, reaffirming the competition’s status as a global platform for meaningful and humorous art.
🖋️ This year’s theme is “The Day After the Last War Humanity Has Ever Faced,” an artistic and human reflection on life and peace after conflicts, expressed through the universal language of caricature.
🎭 The satirical portrait section honors the late Swiss artist Evelyne Porret, the “Godmother of Tunis Village,” in recognition of her remarkable contribution to arts and crafts in Fayoum.
🏛️ The opening ceremony and award presentation will take place on November 28 in Tunis Village, Fayoum, organized by the Fayoum Art Center, with the presence of distinguished artists and guests from Egypt and abroad.
