🇽🇰 In a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere, the 8th International Kosovo Cartoon Festival came to life, this year’s edition gathered an impressive 299 artists from 53 countries with a total of 738 submitted artworks, forming a global celebration of humor, visual wit, and creative boldness.

🎭 The festival focused on two major themes that sparked worldwide engagement: the Caricature Portrait of Reshat Randobrava honoring his artistic legacy, and “My Funniest Cartoon” – Free Theme which unleashed playful ideas, smart satire, and lively commentary on everyday life.
