🌍 On the occasion of Quds Day, Iran Cartoon website organizes an international cartoon competition entitled "Palestine and Quds – The Defeat of the Zionist Regime in the 12-Day War with Iran".
🎨 Competition Themes:
🇵🇸 Main Section: Palestine and Quds.
🇮🇷 Special Section: The Defeat of the Zionist Regime in the 12-Day War with Iran.
📜 Regulations:
• Each cartoonist may submit up to 3 artworks per theme (maximum of 6 artworks in total).
• Submitted cartoons must be in A4 size, JPG format, with 300 dpi resolution.
• Technique is free.
• Files must be named in English as follows: Artist’s Full Name – Artwork Number – Mobile Phone Number (including country code).
• The Secretariat recognizes the sender as the creator of the submitted work. If proven otherwise, the artwork will be disqualified.
• Cartoons must not have received awards in other festivals. If this rule is violated, the work will be disqualified and any awarded prize will be withdrawn.
• Artworks generated using artificial intelligence will not be accepted.
• Works from both sections will be judged together.
• The Festival Secretariat reserves the right to use submitted artworks in any manner.
• All participants will receive a certificate of participation.
• Submission of artwork implies acceptance of the competition rules.
🏆 Awards:
🎖 The top three winners will receive a Diploma of Honor and Iranian handicrafts.
