📘 The organizers of the International Festival of Underwater Photography, Films, Cartoon Humor, and Children's Artwork (PAF Tachov 2026) have officially announced the release of the Cartoon Humor competition catalog, showcasing a remarkable collection of creative works from around the world.
🌍 The 48th edition of the festival was successfully held from April 10 to 12, 2026, bringing together both amateur and professional artists in a unique celebration of underwater-themed art and humor.

🎨 The Cartoon Humor category, organized in cooperation with Tapír Magazine, revolved around the theme: “Humor in diving above and under water.” Artists presented imaginative and witty interpretations reflecting life beneath and above the surface.
