🇽🇰 The Kosovar Comics and Cartoon Artists Association "Xhennet Comics" is pleased to announce the 23rd edition of the International Comics and Cartoon Festival Competition, taking place in October 2026 in the city of Prizren, Kosovo, under the main theme: "Actors Drawn on Paper".

1️⃣ Theme I: Actors Drawn on Paper.
2️⃣ Theme II: Free Theme.
👤 Who Can Participate?
Right to participate at this contest have any author worldwide, regardless of gender, age, nationality or occupation.
📝 Conditions:
- You need to send us at least 1(one) up till 3(three) Caricatures or Comics. (If you decide to send your work via e-mail, minimum resolution for scanned caricature is 300 dpi).
- Caricature or Comics can be work from one or few artists.
- Along with the caricature photos, should also be sent: Autobiography - One photo -Contact details - In all caricatures should be signed with artist name.
- Without above mentioned details works (caricatures) will not be considered valid.
⌛ Deadline:
Works should be sent up till September 30, 2026.
⚖️ Jury:
The jury will be composed from professional world artists which will make selection of works via internet No later than October 9, 2026.
