🇰🇼 The Ibrahim Taher Al-Baghli Foundation for Filial Piety, in collaboration with the Kuwait Cartoon Society, is pleased to announce the Al-Baghli International Caricature Exhibition 2026 and invites artists from around the world to participate with their artworks. The exhibition celebrates the values of filial piety, gratitude, and respect, while honoring the scientific and humanitarian legacy of the renowned Kuwaiti astronomer Dr. Saleh Al-Ajiri.

👨👩👧👦 Theme 1: Filial Piety and Respect for the Elderly
Caricature artworks that illustrate the values of honoring parents and respecting senior citizens, reflecting the principles of gratitude, compassion, respect, and appreciation.
👤 Theme 2: Dr. Saleh Al-Ajiri
A caricature portrait or a realistic portrait of the distinguished Kuwaiti astronomer Dr. Saleh Al-Ajiri, in recognition of his outstanding scientific and humanitarian contributions.

📋 Terms & Conditions
1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Participation is open to artists from all countries worldwide.
3. Each artist may submit up to three (3) artworks.
4. Submitted artworks will not be returned after the exhibition.
5. Artwork size must be A3 with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
6. Both traditional and digital techniques are accepted.
7. All submitted artworks must be original and must not have won any previous competition or exhibition.
8. The organizing committee reserves the right to exhibit and publish the submitted artworks in its publications and media materials, while preserving the artist’s moral and intellectual rights.
9. The decisions of the Selection Committee are final and binding.
10. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in creating the submitted artworks is strictly prohibited.
11. The submission deadline is 31 October 2026.
