🖼️ The organizing committee of the 15th International Cartoon Contest 2026, organized within the framework of the 25th International Olive Festival in Kyrenia, Cyprus, has officially announced the winners of the Free Section following the completion of the international judging process.
🌍 The competition attracted 148 cartoonists from 44 countries, who submitted 586 cartoons. After careful evaluation by the international jury, the following artists were selected for the main awards and special prizes.
