🇮🇷 The organizing committee of the "Flight Of Butterflies" International Cartoon Exhibition invites cartoonists from around the world to participate in this exhibition by submitting artworks that explore the themes of children and war, in tribute to the victims of the Minab school tragedy.

 

📌 Topics:

1️⃣ 168 Students and teachers killed in Minab school / Iran in US attack.

2️⃣ Children and war.

📋 Competition Rules:

- There is no limit on the number of artwork submissions.

- The work performance technique is free and according to personal preferences.

- Artworks might be either black and white or colored.

- The size of the works should be A3 or A4. 

- The use of artificial intelligence is prohibited.

- Participation form of the festival should be filled in and sent along with the artworks.

- The original version of the artworks that are considered award winning according to the votes of the jury, must be sent to the festival secretariat before receiving the award
