🇮🇳 As part of the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the establishment of the Indian Cartoon Gallery, Bengaluru, one-of-its-kind in India, Indian Institute of cartoonists is organizing an International Caricature Contest and Exhibition.

📝 The Chief Minister, known for his integrity and perseverance, who has successfully moved to the Centre stage of the South Indian Politics recently, who has shown confidence to see himself from a different perspectives, who has shown willingness to freely engage with the public, who has shown respect for the freedom of expression. He is also known as Chanakya and trouble shooter.

📅 The results will be announced in the middle of December 2026. An exhibition of selected caricatures will be organised at the Indian Cartoon Gallery in the month of January 2027.

🥇 1st Prize: RS. 1,00,000,00
🥈 2nd Prize: RS. 50,000.00
🥉 3rd Prize: RS. 25,000.00
📋 RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. Al developed caricatures will not be accepted for the contest.
2. The entry should be a new one and not be a copy of the same sent to other contests.
3. Each entry should be accompanied by a covering letter with full name, postal address, contact number and email - ID.
4. By entering the contest, the cartoonist represents and warrants that the work is an original one and does not infringe on the rights of any 3rd party.
5. Further, the cartoonist provides IIC, a limited, royalty free, right and licence to publish and publicly display the entries for non-commercial purposes such as publicising the contest and the awards.
6. The decision of the JURY regarding the selection of caricatures for the prizes is final.
7. Artwork size: A3 or 29.7 X 42 centimeters with minimum 200 DPI resolution.
8. Image format: JPG or PNG.
