🇵🇹 The organizing committee of the 19th Edition of the World Press Cartoon in Oeiras has announced the winners of this year's competition, with Portuguese cartoonist André Carrilho winning the prestigious Grand Prix for his Editorial Cartoon titled "Gaza, For the History of Horror".
🏆 The competition recognizes outstanding artistic achievements in three categories: Editorial Cartoon, Caricature, and Gag Cartoon.
