In a vibrant celebration
of diversity and creativity, the organizers of the Málaga Grenet Prize
in Peru have announced the list of participating artists who submitted
their works for this year’s edition, centered on a visual
reinterpretation of the iconic American artist Andy Warhol.
The contest attracted a wide range of cartoonists from around the world, each expressing their own humorous, imaginative, and at times philosophical visions, opening new perspectives on the legendary figure of pop art.
The list includes
artists from 48 countries, who submitted both traditional and digital
caricature works, with a high level of artistic expression, reflecting
the power of cartooning to transform cultural icons into bold,
expressive visual narratives.
