Kolašin Festival Announces the Finalists of its 10th Edition – 2025

🔸 The Organizing Committee of the 10th International Cartoon Festival Kolašin has officially announced the list of selected artists for this year’s edition — a highly anticipated event in the Balkan art calendar.
 
✏️ Hundreds of works poured in from across the globe, competing in two distinct themes:
1️⃣ Caricature Portrait of the great Montenegrin artist Vojo Stanić.
2️⃣ The Funniest Cartoon.
 
🎭 An expert jury — composed entirely of professional cartoonists and visual artists from Montenegro — reviewed the submissions, focusing on originality, technical skill, and creative humor.

The Kolašin Cartoon Festival continues to be a vibrant platform for international visual dialogue, celebrating the power of satire and artistic expression.
 
An official exhibition of the selected works will take place this August at the Cultural Center of Kolašin, culminating in an award ceremony attended by representatives from the Ministry of Culture, the Municipality of Kolašin, and international art institutions.
