🇧🇪 The 65th Cartoon Festival in Knokke-Heist officially kicked off with an award ceremony and the announcement of the laureates for the Golden Hat and Press Cartoon Belgium.
🎉 The festival saw the participation of 545 cartoonists from 69 countries, with a total of 2,160 cartoons submitted in the Golden Hat competition. A panel of judges selected the best works based on artistic quality, innovation, social relevance, and the power of the image.
