🇷🇴 Upon the occasion of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature "Umor la … Gura Humorului", the 36st edition, the Town Hall of Gura Humorului organizes a special satirical graphics contest.
📜 Contest Rules:
😊 Theme: "Smiling City".
🏙️ The participants must submit 1 (one) satirical graphic work
📅 The cartoon must be created after the 1st of January 2026, and it must be unpublished and unrewarded within other contests.
💶 Special Prize: 150 euros.
📧 The works must be sent at the following e-mail address: smiling.city.gh@gmail.com until the 1 July 2026.
📝 The works will not be given back to their owners, as they are part of the heritage of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature "Umor la … Gura Humorului" and the organizers reserve the right to use them in later edited materials.
