🇵🇦 The organizers of the 2nd International Cartoon Festival in Panama – Expo Cartoon Panama 2026 have announced the results of the international competition, held under the theme "The Panama Canal as a Historical and Cultural Symbol".
🎨 According to the jury, the winning cartoon stood out for its strong conceptual development, clear visual metaphor, effective use of humor, and ability to connect the Panama Canal with themes of identity, sovereignty, social realities, and geopolitical power.
👏 The jury also highlighted the work's composition, expressive characters, visual contrast, and the way it combines multiple layers of meaning within a single image.
