As excitement builds for the 10th anniversary edition of the Kolašin International Cartoon Festival in Montenegro, the organizing committee has officially announced the members of the jury for this milestone year.
🖌️ The 10th edition includes two creative themes:
1️⃣ A caricature portrait tribute to Montenegrin painter Vojo Stanić.
2️⃣ The Funniest Cartoon.

✨ This distinguished panel brings decades of expertise, artistic insight, and global recognition to the festival, ensuring a high standard of evaluation for this year’s entries.
📅 The results will be announced on August 5, 2025, through international cartoon platforms and network.
🎊 This special edition will also host a collective exhibition by Belgian cartoonists and feature honored guests from the European Cartoon Center.
