🇲🇪 The organizing committee of the 11th International Cartoon Festival, Kolašin 2026 has officially announced the finalists, the festival features two official competition categories: Mountain Tourism, the main theme celebrating the beauty and year-round attractions of Montenegro's mountain landscapes, and Portrait Caricature, dedicated to the renowned Montenegrin painter Miodrag "Dado" Đurić, one of the country's most influential contemporary artists.
