🇲🇪 The organizing committee of the 11th International Cartoon Festival, Kolašin 2026 has officially announced the members of the jury, who will be responsible for evaluating the submitted entries in the festival's 11th edition.
🎨 Artists will compete in two categories: Mountain Tourism and Portrait Caricature of the renowned Montenegrin painter Miodrag Dado Đurić.
